Dexterity Bonus Increases your Dexterity Stat by 1 point for every point of Dexterity Bonus you have.

This shield spawned with 110 luck and nothing else. Period. I Imbued the SC and then the Faster casting to take the -1 off. It had a little property weight left on it, so I put the DCI 5% on it. I powdered it to the max before Imbuing, I blessed it and the I used a charge on my Forged Artifact Enhancement Tool to take the Luck to 150 and added the HPR 2.
