Any Use
All buyers that initiate a chargeback on us, will have their information posted publicly.

By using the SearchUO Marketplace, you agree to the following:

• The SearchUO Marketplace is being offered to you as a free service with no obligations. The service is being offered as is, with no guarantees about up-time or functionality. We maintain the right to change the Marketplace with no prior notice given. We also maintan the right to terminate the Marketplace at our sole discretion.
  
  
• Posts and offers made on the Marketplace must relate directly to Ultima Online. We don't allow posting advertisements, pictures or links to other websites that can be found in direct competition with SearchUO. Explicit, obscence and vulgar content will not be tolerated. Posting inappropriate content on the Marketplace can result in a warning or your account being banned. In case of an account ban, the ban will extend to all of SearchUO and you will not be able to access any features on the website.
  
  
• Posts are being made by other players, with no approval or guarantee from SearchUO. Use discretion when agreeing to any trades or transactions with another player. SearchUO will not act as a mediating entity, not do we guarantee any transactions. Any transactions taking place between you and another player are entirely your responsibility - the Marketplace is simply offered as a medium of communication.
  
  
• No transactions for real money will be allowed. This means you cannot advertise selling your account, any items or even gold for any amount of real money (i.e. dollars, Euros, etc). Purchases should only be made using in-game gold or bartering. Breaking this rule will result in your Marketplace account being banned.
